Aspen Dental horrible work

I went in for routine cleaning. They ended up doing some filling work and a crown replacement. I have never been in so much pain. They said this is "normal". Really? 3 weeks post op is not normal to still have pain. Unfortunately for them, im in the medical industry and will be suing them because I will not let them take advantage of customers.

Aspen Dental charged for free x-rays and horrible service

I went to Aspen Dental because I wanted to find a good dentist. Going to Aspen was one of the worse experiences I had. They said they needed to do a full set of x-rays on my mouth even though I told them I had already had x-rays taken. So, they stated the x-rays would be free. Now, I find out that they have submitted a claim to my insurance for the x-rays. Even though because I had just had x-rays done recently, my insurance will not cover it. I am highly upset with Aspen and I want the free x-rays to be exactly that free. I should not have been sent a statement of this.
Along with the above, Aspen also said I needed a ton of work done in my mouth, which I found out today from a trusted dentist that Aspen's diagnosis is completely false. Besides the hygienist forcing instruments into my mouth and causing me pain and being unfamiliar with tools, they also charged us sixty- two dollars for a "cleaning" which was not actually a cleaning. The woman actually just played in my mouth. To be honest, I just want all my money back and want nothing else to do with Aspen ever again in my life.
But for right now, I just want this situation cleared up.

Aspen Dental blackmail dentist

My boy friend worked for Aspen dental as a dentist. He left because he was forced to do things that he was not supposed to

He hated every single minute of it .He says they blackmail their dentists to sell expensive treatments to patients

They are expected to sell $3000-$4000 worth of treatment to every patientthat walks into the door on average and mostly deep cleaning to as many patients as possible

If they don't do it, they would lose their job .

What a shame ! Nobody does anything about it and this comany is growing like crazy and invading the whole world

I went there too and your nuts. The staff bent over backwards busting there buts to get the job done. How many times were you there for adjustments that your wife didnt know there names. The doctors and the doctors assistants are extremely friendly no matter what time of day. Sounds like you are an impatient idiot. What kind of doctor are you? Are you a dentist? i didnt think so

I agree with Doer. The dentists are supposed to write expensive treatment plans and the office managers are to collect money and get the patients to finanace and pay in advance. The excuse is is committs the patients to treatment.

Aspen Dental charge for relining

I made an appointment for a reline and was told that I would not be charged as I was under warrantee. When I got to the office I was told that it would be $55.00 That I would need an exam by the Dr. I just had a cleaning the week before and was charged $85.00 for cleaning 12 teeth and a floride treatment for another $37.00 Which I did not ask for.udzz I told the girl I was not made of money and this will be the last time you would see me and left.

Aspen Dental worst front desk support

I will not ever return to Aspen Dental in Altoona, Pa. or any other one for that matter, especially if it has the same customer service as that office does.

Shandel is very rude and when I brought this up at my consult with the office manager Brandy, she also gave me attitude as well.

I'm guessing this was all because my insurance doesn't participate but if I would have had a good experience my first visit, I would have paid out of pocket. Maybe they should hire new people who have compassion and are more under standing.

Aspen Dental unecessary work done

I went to Aspen dental to have a tooth put back on my partial denture as it had broken off.Having looked it over I thought that super glue might fix it as it was a very clean break. When i got to the office they said " I needed X rays of my mouth". I said that I had recently had a full set of X-rays of my mouth done.As work on a repair to a partial plate has nothing to do with X-rays I said i did not want them done just to repair the plate. The assistant or whoever she was said "It is a State law-you have to have them done. So far i can find no such law or anything that even sounds like that! And then it was $139.oo to glue the tooth back on!I guess I paid for useless X-rays on top of the repair!

Anytime you have a break on a partial or denture, please don't superglue anything. The lab techs at Aspen always laugh at patients that do this.

The reason for the xrays is they want you to buy a new partial. Remember, it's all about the money. If the partial can be repaired there is a coupon for $29.00 but you will have to ask for it. It's not much money and that a good thing because in my opinion most of the repair work is terrible anyway.

How's that patient satisfaction working out for you? Probably about as well as the repair.

Good Luck.

Hey Mark, Welcome to the world of Aspen. 139.00 for the Rotodent toothbrush and 25.00 for the MI Paste and another 25.00 for the rinse. I guess you decided it's not needed and I agree with you it probably wasn't.

I can't in good faith sell treatment that's not necessary to patients and while I'm not a doctor in my opinion most treatment plans were very inflated.

Aspen Dental refund for severely poor satisfaction

My name is Deb Stone and this is my ongoing dispute with ASPEN DENTAL that began in July of 2009.

(1) On What T.V. Station Does Aspen Dental Advertise The Following Guarantee With Satisfied Middle Aged Men & Women Thanking God, With A Tearful Eye, For The Following Services You Offer, With A Suck It Up & Get Over Bad Service Flash Back In Time For An Upcoming Class Reunion Smile?

My Time, My Money, 2 Bad Temporary Sets Of Dentures Plus
Bad Employees, Countless Conversations With Customer Satisfaction Team,
Never Refunding The Money For The 29th Tooth Extraction But Still Swear You
Did, With A White Washing Attitude & Making My Acct Paperwork To Appear As If I
Am Simply An Unhappy Customer Expecting Too Much (I Have Original Paperwork
Which Reads Differently).
………………………………………………………………………………………………………
(2) Here Is My Reasoning For Why Aspen Never Refunded $80.50 For The 29th Tooth
GE Money Confirms That $80.50 Has Never Been Credited Back To My Acct From
Aspen Dental, & No Monthly Statement Shows An $80.50 Credit From Aspen Dental.

Let’s Go To Math Class, For A Three Step Problem

$4, 400.00……………..28 Extractions/2 Sets Of Make Me Smile Dentures
- $2, 065.50……………..Refund Aspen Offers Me
…………..
$2, 334.50……………...Bal. Aspen Is Charging To Deb Stone

(If Everyone Agrees A Tooth Extraction Is $80.50, Then Let’s Go Back To Math Class)

$80.50…………………Price Per Tooth Extraction
. 28…………………Multiplied By 28 Teeth
……………..
$2, 254.00…………………Amount 28 Extractions At $80.50 Each Total
(Finally Lets Subtract)

$2, 334.50……………………Bal. Aspen Is Charging To Deb Stone
- $2, 254.00……………………Amount 28 Extractions At $80.50 Each Total
……………….
$80.50……………………Hum, Could This Be The 29th Tooth Never Refunded Back?
………………………………………………………………………………………………………
On July 30th 2009, I Paid Aspen Dental $4, 400.00 Through GE Money To Extract 28 Teeth & Create (One) Temporary & (One) Permanent High End Set OF Dentures.

I Was Charged For 29 Extractions, Received 1 Temporary Set Of Dentures With Enormous Horse Like Gums & Treated Very Badly By The Dental Office.
I Went To A Different Office & A New Temporary Set Was Made With The Center Of The Teeth Off To One Side, & Treated Very Badly By This Dental Office As Well.

This Dental Office Said "We Can't Please Everyone, No Need To Reschedule.”
After Countless Phone Calls By Me To Your Hotline, One Year Passes With No Avail I Sent Another Email & Aspen's Response Was A Letter Stating (Sorry, The Dentures Didn’t Work, Sorry You Were Charged For A 29th Tooth But It Has Been Refunded To The GE Money Acct, & Sorry, A Sum Of $2065.50 Has Been Credited Back To GE Money To Get A Refund)

I went to aspen for root canal, after regular check up I was told for the filling, root canal and crown it will be around $3500. As u didn't had insurance at the time so I had to pay from pocket for scheduling the first appointment for root canal before the appointment. After root canal when I called for crown and filling I was scheduled on phone and again I had to pay prior to visit the cost of visit. And they gave me appointment after three weeks of root canal. When I arrived for filling and crown, I had to wait for 45 min in doc office as they said they are running late and there is something off about my appointment. After 45 min nurse came and told me that they had to do my cleaning before filling and crown. I asked them y they scheduled me for a different thing, she had no answer. Then she said even for cleaning I had to come back as they were booked for two week. I already took off from work that day and I was so upset about it. They said there was a mistake in scheduling. I wanted a refund and they said there manager Kristen wasn't there that day so they can't help me with that. I had such a terrible experience with them. I am still waiting for my refund. Whoever is reading please ask them three times before they hook you up for appointment as they take money before they see you and then they just say sorry we can't see you. It was at

I had almost the same experience at aspen dental in Adrian Michigan. I was told a total amount for their procedure. I had already had all but 8 of my teeth removed 15 years earlier due to an accident so I only had to have 8. Removed & have an upper & lower dentures. They told me it would cost just over 6000.00 & with a discount & a coupon my out of pocket after my Insurance would be about 730.00. I paid this amount & have a receipt that says 0.00 balance. I had procedure done. I received a bill for 900.00 I called the office they said don't worry that all of the insurance money was still coming and would be applied, not even 2 weeks later I got a bill for 310.00 & need to pay asap or will be turned over to collection. Really. I have a receipt saying I owe nothing paid in full. How is this legal. Or legitimate. I have learned one thing if it says paid in full on your receipt don't believe it. This company needs receive the same treatment that they give the the in suspecting patients that they "help "

Aspen Dental overcharge query - non-response from aspen dental

Addressed to Allie at Aspen Dental Patient Services:
I am having a very disappointing first time with Aspen Dental. After having been told by my insurance company that I have been overcharged by Aspen Dental and emailing and calling the mount dora office in Florida, I can get no response from that office manager A. Schmidt or your corporate office which Ms Schmidt says she forwarded my first email to.
I think it is a shame that if I as a consumer owed you money you would be after me like a hound dog but when the table is turned my requests fall on deaf ears. This is not an indication of a company in good standing and quite frankly the worst dental office customer relations experience I have ever had. I am even more surprised and disappointed to see the volume of complaints from consumers in various states.
I have forwarded my emails to your office today and would like to think there is someone else with enough integrity to follow through and answer the questions being asked not only by myself, but my insurance company.
Is the CEO Mr. Robert Fontana oblivious of all these customer complaints and if he is aware, what is he doing about it? Maybe you can forward this to him so he can answer that question himself. I am giving Aspen Dental the opportunity to do the right thing before I take this any further. Thank you.

Aspen Dental high pressure tactics and poor service

This place is an absolute joke, It is like a puppy mill. They belong to several differant discount plans to get a high volume of unsuspecting patients. When you get there, the office manager is like a time share salesmen with a high pressure presentation on the work that should be done and what the cost will be. She then wants you to commit to the work being done by initialing the estimate form. After that, they will make appointsments for you to get the work done, (Appoints are spread out over sevral months as they say they are swamped and its hard to get you in.) When you do go for your appointment, as you are signing in, the pleasant (yeah right) receptionist advises you that there is a $20.00 exam fee and ask's you to pay for the services now. This place is only about the money. Get you in, get the cash, get you out and reschedule some more appointments to keep the cash flowing. I have had only three visit's but I'am full. Had enough. The AGO needs to put them out of business.

You will never hear from Aspen again. Aspen has a hard time keeping employees. Most of us figure out the scam and leave on our own.

I'm so glad your husband did not have the work done with Aspen. You would have had a lot of other problems with being overcharged and if you found out about it Aspen would take forever to get your money back.

Aspen Dental poor services

I went to Aspen Dental as part as their promo for free x-rays and consultation.I was told I needed a deep under the gum cleaning because of gum problems. The first appointment they scraped only a few of my teeth then applied something between my teeth. I was in the chair for only about 7 to 10 minutes. The next appointment they scraped in between a few teeth then only used the tooth cleaner/polisher on the gum line but not on all my gum line on not on my teeth whatsoever. This in my opoinon a deep gum cleaning it wasnt even a proper cleaning! I was charged $330 for this! Total time of actual work from both appointments was 20 minutes!

Aspen Dental no show dentures

The last two appointments were scheduled for my final upper denture (remake, the first one didn't fit and kept falling out of my mouth, they did a hard reline and made the denture extremenly painful and they needed to remake them) were a total waste of my time, after I went to the dental office and registered, they waited 20 or minutes to call me to the front of the reception area to tell me my dentures didn't come in? when I asked why they didn't call me and let me know? they said sorrry. Today I had a 2:40 pm appointment, they called yesterday to remind me and comfirm the appointment. I went to the office at 2:19, and the office was dark and locked, I waited in front of the door in my car and waited...every 5 minutes or so, I'd check the door to see if it was still locked, I waited until after my scheduled appointment time before I left, now this drive is probably 20 miles from my home, to them my time isn't important. I wii, nor would I ever encourage anyone to visit Aspen Dental.

Allie, you seem to be so sure Aspen is on the up and up with their services. You arent the one going around without dentures that fit or the one missing days of work going back time after time trying to get something done. You arent the one having some goof ball telling you to use powder or paste or what ever to hold a bottom denture in that will not even fit down over the gums. My insurance is maxed out and every time I go back I keep getting told that is just the way the bottom denture fits. I cannot eat with the bottom denture because if I open my mouth it will come out. I cant eat with the top denture because I cant close my jaws and I cant chew. I cant go out with friends for a meal because I can only eat things like mashed potatoes, cottage cheese or soup. Even with my insurance maxed out, Credit Care was billed to the
max plus I had to pay a large sum out of pocket. I get sick to my stomach each time I have to go back to the office, knowing they are going to do nothing for me. I have had enough soft liner stuck in my mouth to build a mountain. I have no choice other than keep going back hoping they will have some heart or ethics and try to help me. As much money as they have collected from me the least they can do is try to solve the problem. The last two visits, the dentist spent one minute and 36 seconds with me telling me they could not do anything else for me. If there is some way you can help me then please tell me what it is. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. I honestly feel Aspen get your money and then to hell with the patient...they dont care

Aspen Dental awful dentures

Stay away from these scam artists! I have had very bad luck with getting my first dentures. My saga started a little less than two years ago when I got my first dentures from a denturist in Kennewick (who latter had her dental licesense revoked). I was laid off work and I had medical coupons to pay for pulling my teeth and the plates. The dentures were terrible but, she told me that was the best that could be done since my "tramp stamps" had not paid her very much. I was able to find a new job and my number one priority was to get new dentures that did not make me look like a drug addict. I went to Aspen Dental in February for new ones since they were the only thing I could afford (I was thinking that anything would be better than the crap from welfare R U). Anyhow, Aspen made two attempts to make me new dentures and they were actually worse than what I got from the welfare denturist office. At least I could wear the teeth from dentures 4 u. Finally, out of desperation, I called my mom to beg her for money to get good dentures. I went First Choice Dentures in Pasco (he is also a denturist). I don't remember his last name but Joe the denturist was able to give me beautiful teeth. I am no longer embarSsed to be seen in public. The lesson of the story is to research who is going to make your dentures. If I had done my homework, I would not have been taken by this rip off dental franchise. Common sense, there is a reason why they can only charge $249. Please learn from my mistake and avoid these con artists.

$249.00 is for Basic dentures with a 3 month warranty and yes they, in my opinion, are crap.

January 2008, I went into Aspen Dental to have a front tooth fixed that had been knocked out by my 3yo daughter. After all the xrays and quick exam by Dr. Bennidetto he expalined the best course of action would be to have a total upper extraction of my teeth. I am 32 years old and going on his recomendation had the work done. When I had gone in for a 3rd adjustment in May 2008, the doctor decided it was time for my final set. We scheduled the impressions and had the teeth made. On delivery of the dentures, I informed Dr. Bennedetto that I had sore spots. He then blew up at me and informed me I had been a pain since the beginning and I was to wear the dentures for a few days and let them settle in. I left angry and upset. I never went back to the Waterville office, but instead went to Bangor (an hour away). My dentures came with a 7 year warrenty and I wanted to make sure I kept the warrenty. The Bangor office worked an hour trying to fix the dentures but still couldn't get them right. I finally had to have a new set made. This set also does not fit correctly so I am still wearing my immediates! In the meantime, I filed a complaint with the State of Maine Dental Board (which I urge everyone with a problem with Aspen Dental to do), and the dental board found after six months of investigation that I had substantial bone to warrent not having my teeth removed to begin with! I sure hope they have enough money-because they have a hefty lawsuit comming at them!

...Why would you order a *free* sample for $4.95?! Doesn't spending money on a free item sort of seem...I dunno, to defeat the purpose of "free"?

What was the outcome of suing Aspen Dental? I myself had some work done. My issue is that they overcharged me and I am not a happy camper. I have contacted my insurer and I was advised thatAspen Dental owes me $1500.00

It is unbelievable the amount of complaints this company has. I was one of there "office managers" or should I say high pressure salesperson. Everything, every complainant says I agree with. This business is not about providing quality dentistry. It is about making money off the under served dental community. It is disgraceful. Please spread the word before more people lose there hard earned money and there TEETH!

Aspen Dental billing mistakes damaged my credit

I went to Aspen dental since my new insurance had them as a innetwork provider.
I had a cracked tooth, I was told the tooth could not be saved and that it was an anchor tooth and would need removed and the rest of my bottom teeth would need removed for a bottom denture, saying they could not make a partial. They also said the upper denture i had would need replaced so they would be a "set" Figuring i had no choice, i was sent to their office manager who pushed me to get the Natural Lyte dentures. They charged me 999.00 for the uppers and 949.00 for the lowers,
They charged me 350.00 for their "immediate dentures" which my insurance didnt cover, They also charged 240.00 x 2 for Alveo per quadrand, which was explained as "bone smoothing" to promote a better healing and to clean up any bone chips from the extraction. They required a oral cancer screening that i was charged for as well. They charged extra since the dentist broke several of my teeth while extracting them. They stitched me up and sent me home with thier immediate denture and my new uppers, The quality of the uppers were terrible.. you can actually see through the plate in several places that it is so thin. The immediate denture was so thick and long, i had to return after the pain meds wore off to have it ground down. I also had to return to have 2 LARGE pieces of bone removed from protruding from my gums that were suppose to be prevented by the Alveo per quad charge. I went back for the relinings, complaining each time that it was too thick, didnt fit right, and caused pain. The fit was so bad, that once i sneezed and the botttoms flew out of my mouth and hit the ground and were damaged and had to be replaced with a set that fit even worse. Then came the billing problems. When i signed up for their 50/50 financing it stated the next payment was 30 days from when treatment began. only to get a statement saying "reciept due in 10 days " The statement arrived late, 5 days after the "statement date". I sent in my 50.00 payment. the next statement i got was late again i recieved it 5 days after the "statement date" it showed my previous 50.00 payment as recieved but now it asked for 100.00 saying they didnt recieve my payment when it SHOWED on the statement they credited it. I called them several times to get this resolved with the office manager, never got a call back. So we sent in 50.00 again since it showed they had recieved the first 50.00 and i had the check back from the bank to prove it.
The next statement comes. It now says Final request for payment they wanted 150.00 it showed the second 50.00 recieved and the date they cashed the check. I had the check back from the bank to prove it was cashed, called the manager who was always with a patient and would call me back, , which never did. So my wife sent in the 150.00, and we were now 2 payments ahead, they cashed the check. We never got the 4th statement only to find out, THEY TURN IT OVER TO COLLECTIONS ! I went into the office to meet with the office manager who told me there was nothing she could do, even though i had all the reciepts, and showed her the errors they made.
THEY THEN SUSPENDED MY TREATMENT UNTIL I PAID THE ENTIRE BALANCE ! I am stuck with the crappy upper denture and the lower dentures are still the "immediate classic denture" which was not what i paid for. They have not contacted me since paid them off to finish the work, not that i would let them near my mouth again at this point. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently filing a complaint with the PA Attorney General and have started filing a lawsuit against Aspen dental to recover all the charges they did to both me and my insurance company since my insurance will not cover me going to another dentist to finish getting the work done, I am also suing Aspen Dental for damaging my credit due to their improper billing, failure to complete their contract with me for the dentures, improper charges, fraud, and pain and suffering.
STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU and judging by the 730+ complaints i see here it has

I'm buying all of this. Went to Aspen Dental recently in Marion, IL. I saw the dentist only long enough for him to tell me I needed either 60-70000 dollars worth of oral surgery or they could fit me for dentures. HE NEVER EVEN LOOKED IN MY MOUTH. I was then shuffled off to a room with the office manager who, as he told me, had not dental training whatsoever. He broke out a board full of dentures and did everything but ask me "What do I need to get these teeth in your mouth today." I was offered their 50/50 financing plan, but was told I had to decide right then if I was going to do it. When I said I didn't know if I would be able to come up with the initial 2600 payment, he told me to call him back later that afternoon with an answer. I called back and said I would more than likely be able to pay it, but not sure when. He said he would make a couple of calls and get back to me. Never did. Called two days later, asked to speak with him and was told he's not really their office manager, just helping out. Asked to speak to someone to get some answers about the estimate they gave me, told I would get a call back. Day five, no call yet. Going in tomorrow to get my chart. Kind of hoping it gets hostile.

Aspen Dental is what real dentists refer to as "McDonald's Dentistry". Their sole purpose is to fleece customers. If you go in for emergency work, they will attempt hard sales tactics to get you to buy the most expensive treatments they possibly can.

My wife left there in tears after going in just to get her crown fixed and we will never go back. Good luck to them.

Aspen Dental will lie to your face and overcharge insurance

This company will lie to your face and overcharge you. Consistently they have told me it would be one cost before going in and then it increases when I go out to pay. One time I went in and they showed me an electric toothbrush, which was no charge for this specific cleaning I got. Next time I came in and they claimed I owed them $150 dollars for it! No returns naturally, because I already had it. I will never go to this facility again as I was ripped off countless times. It looks professional on the outside but unfortunately, on the inside it is not.

It is funny how this Allie person comes on and offers an appology for something they FORCE their doctors to do. My last two dentists were former employees of this SCAM company. They told me stories that would make the hair on your neck stand up. I will tell you this...if these idiots ever played me for a fool, they would be sued real fast. I have read countless complaints and am surprised no one has filed a complaint with the board or sued them. I'm thinking that they rip people off that they know can't afford to hire lawyers and therfore they will pray on them. Makes me want to hire lawyers for them. I will tell you this ###-PEN, if you come to my town and I read complaints like these, I promise you this, I WILL PAY THE LAWYERS TO DRIVE YOUR SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DENTAL PRACTICE OUT OF MY TOWN! THINK I'M KIDDING, JUST TRY ME. DO NOT RIP PEOPLE OFF IN MY TOWN. THESE ARE HONEST HARD WORKING FOLKS SO LAY OFF. YOU CAN PRACTICE HERE BUT BE CAREFUL. I'M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU THE TOWN, BUT YOU WILL KNOW WHEN YOU SCREW UP!

Aspen Dental liars

These people are such liars. My husband went to them
back in February and they set up the whole plan to do all this work on his mouth. I also had put him on my Dental Health coverage to help the cost. I had to pay the rest of a care credit plan they have. They had to pull all the top teeth and a few molars on bottom and fill a couple of others on bottom and clean. Then they said he would get full top plate and partials for bottom.
Well he had to wait 6 months for the final plate and when he got it they said he was not getting partial bottoms. They had taken impressions of the bottom, but they said that was to make sure the top fit right before they finished them. That day in the credit dept I asked that girl at least 3 times if everything was included and she said yes. That was tops, partials and all the exctrations, fillings and cleaning. I really was quite upset when they lied about all that. Now we have to get him partial bottoms and it won't be from them. I asked them also about when the teeth have to be relined and the girl argued with me on the phone and said you don't have to ever reline dentures, I think she was such a you know what. I told them right out I would never recommend them to anyone because they were nothing but ###s. and cheats.
They do not communicate with the people at all.

Did you get a copy of your treatment plan? How about the agreement that you signed on the little board?

They probably didn't intend to leave off the partials because that's money! There just so much to most treatment plans it's easy to leave something off and then you have to go back and correct it and it always costs more. The question is, did he really need all his upper teeth pulled? Try to get the teeth to match between the partial and the denture and make sure you pay attention to Aspen's denture warrany you most likely will need it.

Aspen Dental rude long wait time

I scheduled an appointment at 4:30. I waited until 4:45 and had not been sent back so I asked how long the wait was, so I would know if I needed to reschedule. There were many people waiting. I was called back at 4:45 and sat in the chair until 5:05 until the dentist came in numbed my gum. I then heard him talking to a walk (a child who's two front teeth were a little wiggly). The dentist told the child he needed a splint and asked the mom when she could come back. She hesitated and he said he could fix it right then. The dentist reappeared at 5:20 to give me another shot (I was already numb). I waited until 5:35 until the dentist showed up again to say I was ready to have my cavity fixed. I told him he was extremely rude to have put me on hold for a non-emergency walk-in. He did not say a word. I ended up walking out with a numb mouth and no work completed and will NEVER go back. I have been going there for about 2 years and have had SO MANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES. Pain, long wait time, ridiculous dentist turnover rate. There is one receptionist who even rolled her eyes at me. DO NOT GO HERE. The service is beyond horrible.
