I had a complete upper plate made after mine broke I financed it along with a cleaning and a filling on bottom. I was horrified with my dentures when I got the first set I couldn't close my mouth properly and they were big and bulky. I went back for a another wax and they did a new set. NO luck same thing however I signed off on them because by this time I had no more days to take off for these visits as well as being without any upper teeth while going to work everyday for 3 weeks. I refuse to return for another attempt. I feel I was scammed and got the cheaper Basic Denture not the quality I paid for.
Comfilytes are suppose to be light not heavy they are supposed to have a lot of detail veining etc Mine have none of that. I will never use this company again it's sad you take advantage of people. I am in a denture group and I have had so many others with the same issues. You should have your license pulled for scamming and false advertisement. I wrote the CEO through Linkedin as he can't even publish his company email I understand why I would hide as well.

Hi, I’m curious how we’re you able to tell you got the basic and not the comfylites ?
I ask because I just got mine and they fit well but are heavier than expected, even heavier than the temporary denture.
I’m also not happy with the front teeth placement which looks different than the wax try in I agreed to. The teeth look nice, but when in my mouth the two front teeth don’t align with the midline of my face, which makes my smile look crooked, Thanks. You should press on to get them to redo for you.
You can look online or your ins.company see what they billed you for wait they don't care so I would do a comparison to what they have online. Do you still have your statement?
I actually paid cash back when I got my temporary. The fit of my permanent is very good and I can chew easily and leave them in all day.
It was just that cosmetic issue. I don’t really care for the format of franchise dentistry. I only choose Aspen because of the comfylites but they didn’t take my insurance.
It was an aggravating drawn out process with my permanent ones, which was kinda unnecessary since I liked my permanent ones just needed a minor tweak. It took a few try ons. Eventually due to my communication and a different dentist who listened it turned out ok. If someone doesn’t speak up it might not end well.
I’m still wondering if I did in fact get the comfy lites. They are heavier than the temporary but are made sold and can bite very well. Sorry things didn’t work out for you. The gums do look real while in, but I just thought the looked different than expected.
You are not alone I would try googling it I am myself after this I have been so ripped off by them it's ridiculous I went for Snap on Dentures but spent an entire year waiting for them I paid $15,067ins me $8,676 I didn't get my Snap ons and I didn't even get completed dentures. I had a treatment plan with the Dentist and 11months in they tell me I didn't pay for Snap ons I thought my head would explode. It was completely the Dentist fault she either didn't relay the proper treatment plan or the financial services didn't put it on either way she refused to correct it or finish the ones in my mouth it doesn't take a year ! I have a popping jaw my face has sunken in I have nothing to eat with and your Dentist refused to help me! I will continue my reviews everywhere
Look at your statement I think I have comfylights I would do a utube and see if they have a way to tell the difference. Let me know how you make out
I had a upper normal upper made by Aspen dental and it was trash looked like horse teeth and very poor fit even after multiple visits. I also gave up, I only seen the dentist maybe 5 minutes out of about 6 trips i was constantly rescheduled took almost 6 months to get my denture. I'll never go back to an Aspen dental in the end i just reported them to BBB they refunded me some of the money. I was just tired of dealing with them.
