Went to Taco Bell in Lisle for lunch today. Waited forever in drive-through window despite only one car ahead of me. When I finally pulled to window was asked "Duh - what did you order again" (followed by giggling and "hey I told you, man" etc. among employees). Gave $10.43 for $4.43 order and then was handed bag with my order and told "thanks, see you" - to which I said "You still owe me my $6 change!!" Sorry, but definitely seemed intentional (a pattern?) After some confusion by them, they gave me my $6. I looked in the bag, and the order was wrong! And...

I live in Palm Aire, right off of Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach, Florida. I have been looking forward to the new Taco Bell opening on Atlantic Blvd. On Saturday evening, August 22, I made my first visit. I have always enjoyed Taco Bell and have gone to several all over the area. I have always been very pleased with the service. I arrived in the drive thru at 1:24 pm on Sunday 8-23-15 and placed my order. There were 3 cars in front of mine . 7 minutes later the Cashier took my money and gave my drink . 4 minutes after that I received my burrito . While I appreciate hot food, Dalaquan could have apologized for my wait . There are many "fast" food choices out there and I was disappointed in my choice this trip.My order # was 308019 . Elizabeth throws money at clients, when the customers are ordering the food she drops the money & slams the window and says that they're pigs, their stupid people, and also that she throws the food at the customers, She makes the customers wait and instead of taking their order she gives the homeless change .The reason I am writing this letter is because the customers are more important because of the client she has a job and she needs to respect them. I was told that this Taco Bell opened at 9am. I got there at 10:07 am. The doors were locked. So I tried drive-thru and sat there a couple m, in. The screen was blank and no-one answered me. Very upset.
Not only did I not get what I wanted but I was planning to feed my employees at work. Which didn't happen....

50 minute wait in taco bell drive thru at West Des Moines Iowa location. Ridiculous. I am no longer a customer. (Especially since the cashier was "gaming the orders" to make receipts look like the wait wasn't nearly as long as it was & when I finally got up to the pick up window the cooks were joking around instead of completing orders for me & the 8 cars behind me.) This is not the first time I have had to wait a long time at this location, last visit it was over half an hour. I could have made bean burrito from scratch in the time it took to be served. Bought chalupa through the drive tru and parked. As i was chewing, felt hair in the roof of my mouth. I grab it with my fingers and it was a ball of hair, felt more hair and reomved additional hair didn't feel right and rinse my mount with water. 2 kids, they look like 13 yrs old, at the window, manager looks under 30 yrs of age. Went inside almost lost it. Question yourselves before buying at this branch....

I've seriously counted. How can the last 7 timed I have tried to get food for my family the order is always wrong. Something is either left or just plain not right. This is one of my kids favorite places to eat so a t least once a week we're there. I try to call and let them know that my order was wrong so that the next time I come to get food I can get straighten out but no one answers. Who wants to drive all the way back to get a couple of left off Tacos so that when you get home the rest of the food is cold....

The Taco Bell in Alachua Florida has a menu with pricing on the menu, however when you place your order the prices come back higher than the menu. I noticed this about 3 month's ago and questioned it when I paid the bill and they said the management had changed the prices and they were what the cash register said not the prices on the menu.

I thought that the change in pricing was something they were doing and paid and left.

I waited in line for my order while a manager harassed an employee for not having change in the cash drawer. It sounded as if the manager should have gotten the change for the employee. Instead the employee was told "too bad" you should have not accepted a large bill. It is your own fault, give them nickels and dimes. The employees stated there wasn't even any quarters in the drawer to use. The employee was near tears as she didn't want to disappoint the customer. Is this the way you treat your employees?I sure hope not. I will revisit one time to see if the matter continues. If it does...

This place is so bad when it comes to putting Stuff in a shell. We as Costumers pay good money for the food and we should get good food. And its only at our taco bell I go to one out of town and I get what I paid for I ordered a taco and it had a little meat 2 little peace of lettuce and half of the shell was empty I order a taco not a shell, if something is not done about this place people in this little town will be taking their business to taco time where they do it right. I had to repeat my order five times, that wasn't even the problem. When
she gave me my total and told me to pull around she obviously didn't
realize her head set was still on and proceeded to say "oh my god that
customer was difficult". I pulled around to the window and she

I am Native American, my friend is African American. We both went to Taco Bell for lunch. No one was in line, so I went to the counter to make my order. I was washing the windows there one day. One of the employees was waiting in her car for her shift to start. Suddenly she comes running up to the trash can just outside the door, hand to her face. Dripping from her face is what I'm pretty sure was snot. More snot than I've ever seen in my life. After this happened she came inside and started handling food without washing her hands. After spending 1/2 hr in traffic all I wanted to get a quick bite and go home, when I arrived at the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me I figured it would be quicker than getting off the car. I spent a whopping 26 minutes in drive thru!!!
When I finally got my order, I was 2 burritos short!
So I only had enough food go give my 2 boys dinner, and I had a cup o noodles for dinner because I was not about to go back and wait another 1/2 hour and who knows what they would have done to my food, when I called to complain the manager on the phone didn't even care....

My receipt number is 021342 it was 2:22 am and i purchased the food they did not give me the drink. I had another empty cup which made me think i already had it when i was leaving realizing too late that it was not the drink i ordered. All i want is the ability to not pay for a drink next time. My boyfriend bought tacos and as I ate one I noticed ONLY 3 STRANDS of damn cheese in my taco!!!Wow really!!! If I'm going to pay money then taco bell needs to get with the program and hire people that care about their customers being happy!! My boyfriend and I were really interested in getting Breakfast at Taco Bell. We go there on two different occasions, and in the same week. Both times they have the breakfast menu closed early. We arrived between a half hour to an hour before breakfast was supposed to be closing. The first time upon ordering food, we were told as we ordered it was closed due to being out of stock with the breakfast food. The second time, they took our order, and as we were driving up they said sorry for the inconvenience, and the miss-communication, but our drive thru order taker wasn't aware of us being out...
