Food quality has gone way down.
Taco Bell had always been my favorite fast food restaurant. I liked it even better than sit down restaurants. The last few times I have went I can see that the food quality has gone way down. That liquid cheese that is used tastes horrific and shouldn't even be allowed it's so bad. They got rid of previous menu items that were actually very good. Like the Double Decker Taco. I will not eat there again as you never know what they are going to put that liquid cheese on.
Recommendation: Don't eat there until they use real food.

Messed up
I went to Taco Bell on East Main Street in Spartanburg, SC. I ordered a box of tacos and burritos and asked for sour cream on side. I was told I could not get sour cream on the side. Got home had tacos and something. It was not burritos. Please have at least one employee not smoking crack at work. This is the third time I visited this store and third time order wrong.

Poor customer service and product
Tried taco fell again after two months. I was with my daughter and we were both pissed at the service and quality. They need an adult controlling the childish behavior behind the counter. They handed me my drinks dripping with soda and she kinda laughed and half heartedly apologized. I had to ask for napkins to clean up the mess. Young female with long brown hair possibly braces. The food was completely soggy and soaking through the paper containers. This taco bell is a complete ⅞joke and have attempted to speak to someone above shift supervisor but I have never received a call back. Complete disrespect and waste of money. Do not eat here unless you like to throw your money away. I took pictures and will forward them with my complaint to all the available emails addresses I can find for corporate.

My complaint is that my 80 year old mother was denied using the restroom unless she made a purchase.
3335 US Rt 60. Huntington WV. My mother was denied using the restroom like a crackhead unless she made a purchase first. She said I’ll order lunch after I use the restroom. No! Was told to leave. I cannot think taco bell is still in business. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos. What I got was 3 shells with about a tablespoon of meat, a shred of lettuce and a little cheese. Was charged 2.69 per taco. Not worth eating. My dog wouldnt touch it. I ate 2 bites and gave it to the dog. The next day was still in his bowl. Kinda tastes like oatmeal. Will never go to again.

The driveway that has large numerous pot holes.
Store # [protected] West College Ave Appleton Wi.54914 Has 2 large pot holes in their driveway. One that is several inches deep and getting larger as you go to enter the drive-thru- there could be some serious damage if not seen [like at night] then the second one is as you are leaving the drive-thru to get back to the main entrance.
