Do not use them. I was under the impression I would have access under the MLS through them. But it's actually a local agent who lists it and the agent would add my name and phone number to the remarks. Highly deceptive service. I regret using them as the $400 I paid for the silver package was never used and they won't give me a refund since it's past 14 days. I repeat do not use them.

So, I gotta tell ya, I wouldn't recommend Houzeo. Their customer service is just terrible, especially if you're not from the US. They'll just keep you on the line forever and you won't get any money back if something goes wrong, even though they say they'll give you a refund within 14 days. It's a real bummer, because I was really hoping for a better experience.

So, I was trying to sell my house and I thought I found the perfect solution with Houzeo. But boy, was I wrong! I hired a broker to handle my listing, but it turned out that he was unlicensed. When I found out, I immediately contacted Houzeo to cancel my listing, but they refused to do so. They didn't even care that the broker was using a fake license. I mean, come on! How can you trust a company that doesn't even care about the legality of their brokers?

Honestly, I think this company is a scam. I don't know why Google is still supporting them. It's like they don't even care about the safety and security of their users. I would never recommend Houzeo to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go with a legitimate company instead.

So, I gotta say, my first impression of Houzeo wasn't great. But, to be fair, they did end up giving me my money back, so I guess they're not a total scam. I mean, who knows, maybe some other folks will have better luck and actually get a decent agent to work with. It's worth a shot, I suppose.

For example, one of their reps told me that the commission collected at closing goes entirely to the listing agent, and that they wouldn't try to push me into a more expensive plan because they wouldn't get any of the money. But when I talked to my listing agent, he told me that he actually has to split the commission with Houzeo. What a bunch of liars!

It seems like they'll do anything to make a quick buck, even if it means tricking you into a plan you don't need or want. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Trust me, you don't want to deal with the headache I'm going through right now.

Houzeo is a great website for anyone who wants to sell their home and save some money. I was able to save over $9,000 by using their services. They set me up with a discount broker in my area who provided me with full agent services. It was really easy to create an account on their website and set up my listing. All I had to do was put in my address and most of the information about my property was automatically filled in for me. This made the process really quick and easy.

The agent that Houzeo assigned to me listed my property in the MLS. After just 38 days, my property went under contract. I was really happy with how quickly everything happened. However, I did have a couple of communication concerns with the agent that Houzeo assigned to me. I contacted Houzeo about it and they were really helpful. Within just 5 minutes, I was contacted by a man named Ahmed who worked as a middle man to quickly resolve my concerns. He did an amazing job and within 48 hours, everything was sorted out.

I've sold 5 houses in 5 different states using 5 different platforms, and I have to say that Houzeo.com was by far the easiest to use. I couldn't be happier with their platform or their customer service. They are now my go-to company for selling property. If you're looking to sell your home and save some money, I highly recommend Houzeo.
