L&L Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken katsu

L&L Chicken katsu at the Walmart location on Keeaumoku is pre-cooked an served semi cold. I ordered a mini and by the time I got my plate food is cold. I’ve eaten at other locations on windward side and it’s served hot. This needs to stop. I don’t know how long chicken been sitting in fry basket. But there’s a whole bunch of chicken that is pre-fried

Employees at the midtown store have not seen our pay stubs since we opened. We also don't know where our tips are bring distributed and we were charged for uniforms and not told about it. L&L Hawaiian Barbecue Missing macaroni saad

This was honestly a disappointment since the macaroni salad is my favorite part, they put like 3 macaronis and they're supposed to do a whole scoop, because I always go there. I placed a phone order at 6:20 pm and the girl said it would take 15 minutes, I wait those minutes and then I go and pay for my order and I think everything is fine, but no. I get home about to eat it since that's the first thing I eat and it's missing, like they gave me a scoop of rice but no macaroni salad, this is so annoying because I shouldn't have gotten charged the $12 something if I'm not getting my complete order, this was honestly a rip off.

Desired outcome: Give me my mission macaroni salad

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue Received food that had no taste!

Thursday July 28th after.10am a purchase of a mini Kalua Pork/Cabbage was made at the L&L in KMart on Keeamoku Street near Ala Moana Center. When I finally received the food in Ewa, I found the food to be tasteless and the pork very dry and tough. Needless to say, all the pepper didn't add any flavor to the food. Friday July 29th I went in person to the L&L in KMart to speak to someone in charge or a manager and was told that Samuel doesn't come in till 11:30am. I went home and after 1:30pm I called the number that was given to me and the lady who answered toldl me that Samuel wasn't working and there was no one I could talk with? I asked to speak to someone in charge and I thought I was being put on hold but I was wrong. This lady put down the phone and proceeded to take order after order at her register. In between I could hear the cook chopping up meat. I waited 12 minutes and no one came to the phone. I then called the Corporate office and spoke with Gwen who took a message from me to forward to someone in customer service. I would like a replacement for the kalua pork/cabbage that had no taste and an explanation as to why I was given the round around by the employees at the L&L in KMart at the Keeamoku location?

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue Employee was extremely rude and verbally demeaning to my 15 year old child

Extremely RUDE! UNPROFFESIONAL! I hope this reaches corporate and I receive a timely response! An employee who turns out to be the owners daughter at the Hilo location in The food court near Walmart had the NERVE TO RUDELY GIVE THE WORST ATTITUDE TO MY 15 YEAR OLD SON WHEN ALL HE DID WAS ASK IF THE FOOD THAT WAS CALLED OUT WAS HIS BECAUSE HE COULDNT HEAR WHAT SHE CALLED OUT! WHO THE HELL DOES THAT! I spoke to security while this employee and her parents that I was told were the owners and she is the daughter had a shouting match in the back of the restaurant that the whole food court could hear AND THEN they didn't get his food out to us until I had to ask for it AFTER 5 orders were served who ordered after us! I DEMAND an apology and compensation for this extremely disturbing, terrible, awful experience! I have a large family and we eat at this location quite often and spend a few hundred dollars a month there! I'm seriously reconsidering ever eating there again and sharing this with all friends and family as we are a prominent family hear in the Hill area as well as the Big Island! If this isn't made right I will be sharing this on social media and with the local news!
