I ordered flowers for a funeral in Dallas on 13 July for a total price of US$132.17, and received a confirmation that the spray would be delivered the same day, order I 384405. The flowers were never delivered, and my credit card in UK was debited with over £76, a ridiculous rate of exchange....

Flowers did not arrive on the date - order was placed in the proper amount of time. Customer service was rude and basically said "tough luck". I asked to cancel the order and she said "We cannot do that."

I would avoid this company....
