I’m extremely disappointed with Zen Nutrients.
I placed an order (#23184) on *September 15th* for *two bottles of PeptideVite GLP-1 Support (120 capsules)* and *paid extra for 2-day fast delivery*. This was time-sensitive, as my husband was in *San Francisco* for a few days and would be leaving — we made the purchase and paid the fast delivery, so he could bring the product back to *Canada*.
Despite paying for expedited shipping, *the order never arrived*, and worst of all, *Zen Nutrients has completely ignored my emails*. My husband double-checked before leaving and confirmed that *nothing was delivered*.
Now that he has left the U.S., there’s no way for us to receive the package, and I feel like I’ve been scammed — I paid for a product that was not delivered, plus extra for fast shipping, and I’ve been *ignored* ever since.
I’m requesting a *full refund immediately*, and I sincerely hope someone from the company sees this and takes action — because customer service has been *nonexistent* so far.
