On December 30, 2022, I purchased travel insurance from Xcover.com through Booking.com for US$228.78 to cover two round-trip flight tickets. Due to the COVID-19 situation in Asia, we had to reschedule our flight reservation. We promptly informed Booking.com two days before the departure date, and their agent requested us to cancel the original flight and book new tickets. Booking.com confirmed the cancellation and instructed us to reach out to Xcover for reimbursement.

Following their instructions, we submitted a claim form with all the required documentation to Xcover. We received an email from Xcover stating, "Your claim will be handled by Broadspire." The Xcover website indicates that the claim is "under assessment." However, despite numerous follow-ups, the adjuster and management team at Broadspire have continuously denied our reimbursement request for over 18 months. To this day, the issue remains Unresolved.

The payments i made are as follows:

2 round-trip tickets: USD 3,519.70 (1 adult + 1 child)

Flexible ticket payment: USD 492.76

Travel Insurance (Xcover): USD 228.78

Total Payment: USD 4,241.24 (including taxes and charges)

This prolonged delay is UNacceptable. We request immediate action to process and approve my reimbursement claim.
