I have bought and paid for the canopy, which I have ordered from www.mudputty.co.uk. The order didn’t show up on time, so I started to write to the staff. I got the response that they have tried to deliver order twice, but there were some problems with it. I made the investigation and found out that it was untrue. They lied to me all the time. I need someone’s help, because I really need to get my money back from these liars and thieves.
I strongly disagree, we and friends of ours have used this company for years and never had a problem. We have bought numerous items from them since 2006 and never had any problems. I am sure there is a reasonable explanation.
I too have made several purchases with this company. Never had a problem. They even made my canopy to my specific size.
I did however miss the delivery first time, my fault not theirs. One call and delivery was rescheduled. I am very happy with all purchases made.

Please allow me to address the negative review.
This customer did receive his door canopy in good time.
It was a second parcel containing some roof tiles that the customer didn't receive. Despite Parcelforce assuring us that they had tried to deliver on three occasions. The parcel didn't get to the customer.
This hasnow been fully resolved with the customer.

They have stolen my money too.
Apparently it's my responsibility to go through my bank as they can't be arsed to refund.
They also have potty mouths and are relatively abusive (although I wasn't especially kind). It seems we should have sympathy that they have spent all our money and can't provide the goods. Apparently one of them is ill. Well that's the excuse. Which is a bit crap. And I am in human for not caring and expecting my well over £500 back...
The lies never end with these directors (names can be found @companies house search under mudputty ltd) Beware of them leaving bogus claims that they have refunded customers.
