Whispers a collection of short works review: three books I payd for and a poem 1

back in september i sent a poem via internet, to greenspring publishing . Right away they sent a request back to me asking to publish my poem . The price was a little high so i said they could publish it but I did not buy a book at that time . Then they sent me more info about the book . Said it would be called Whispers a collection of short works . At that time I ordered 3 books by credit card . They sent me confermation number and tracking numbers . Then they went out of busness so who do I track my faulty order through ?
Scammers I think so !
