DO NOT order from this person. They do not accept returns for any reason-owner will tell you his site states 'WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY" I did not see this as I was too busy reading all of his great "testimonials"-says he provides for the US Government etc..When I opened the box incredibly strong paint fumes came out - not what I want my pregnant dog inhaling. The holes do not line up and the box cannot be assembled. The wood used was not sanded first and the box is very rough. Owner denied my Paypal claim and threatened to get an attorney if I used his name online. Called my phone repeatedly saying he has nothing else to do today. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PERSON-you will be sorry. Refused to stand behind his product by returning-useless

What a joke! I am going to have to use my web sites and my friends sites to get the word out on this guy. I'm the kind that will make someone else's poor quality craft work and make it as it should have been before. But, for those of you who haven't ordered, don't! And if you call him it will just say this is Andrew, leave a message and I'll call you back. Well, how about F you Andrew how is that message. And for those of you who want to fight this with Pay Pal, don't bother, just call your credit card company and put in a dispute and they will take the money back from Pay Pal. Pay Pal is small potatoes compared to credit card companies and the card companies want to keep you happy. Send the purchase back in the box it came in to where it was ordered where they have to pay for the delivery. I've done this before and never had a problem.

Wouldn't take it back and told me 'Go F... Yourself lady, I'm not going to let some Dumb ### Mooch tell me how badly I do something.. You and the other freaks can write reviews all you want .. Nobody cares'
It's just outrageous behavior . Stay clear of the whelping box store.

I can't believe I didn't find this until after I ordered... I have never seen such crap in all of my life! Do NOT order from this vendor. I can't believe I wasted so much money on something so poorly made.
