Disrespected by a manager at value pawn because he did not want to give me a refund for a defective x-box game system . One would think that a customer, especially during these hard times get treated with respect when it comes to spending your hard earned money. A manager at a Value pawn in Orlando made it known to me that their service is very deceiving and discusting. A defective game system and did not give me my money back after I purchased a $14.00 store warrantee on a $160. defective game equipment for my son for X-mas. He then screamed "I dont care if your a customer! They should call it F-u pawn, because that's what they basically told me. That manager has no respect or customer service skills.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Value pawn has the worst customer service I have ever seen from any kind of buisness. The managers are the worst of all, I've had one of them laugh in my face because I wouldn't accept a low amount for an item. These people are rude and dont give a damn about you.
