Love's Travel Stop - Security and assets lost protection

Today March 16 at approximately 855am my friend and I were in your establishment in fife wa. We were watching a video in the car before entering the store and the officer inside the store came out to stare at us like we were causing problems or there for I'll intended activities. So we both entered the store. As soon as I went inside with my wallet in my hands your officer was making me very uncomfortable as a woman as he stalked me throughout your store and I felt unsafe and like he was assuming I'm going to steal and he profiled me right away. I could not enjoy my experience and quite frankly do not think I'll be shopping there anymore. How does your security make a customer feel unsafe. I thought this place was about love and I dont feel the love. My friend entered the store and he realized he forgot his wallet so he put the soap that he was going to buy on the counter and ran out to the car to grab his wallet and when he came back in he used the restroom and as soon as he came out 3 min later your security kicked him out for putting his wallet in his back pocket. And when he asked to speak with whoever said he was stealing the officer told him to leave so he not only denied a paying customer but he profiles anyone he feels like. I was in the store a week ago when he was yelling at a black man telling him he was in the bathroom for too long and the man said he had just entered the bathroom and that he must have the wrong guy and to look at his camera. Not only profiling him but embarrassing him just like he did my friend. When I paid for my stuff I over heard the cashier and the officer talking and the cashier confirmed that the man he just embarrassed and kicked out was not in fact the customer they were concerned about and I feel like that was unprofessional to speak on in front of me as a customer. And unprofessional on the security for profiling that individual and probably ruining his entire day. I want to know why that guy has the stick up his [censored] because he really ruined my experience and quite frankly I do not think he should be employed at that company he's chasing off paying customers and racially profiling people cuz he can. He's a bully and I'm going to have to retaliate if nothing is done. He is a menace to society and he's hurting your company. I come in and spend a lot at your store and won't be spending any money in the future and I'm sure I'm not the only one. There's most likely hundreds of customers he profiles. So I will be having my attorney as well as my friends attorney contact you. I will also make sure that monster with the little dick doesn't do this to anyone again. And I will not stop until I feel like he is embarrassed and feels uncomfortable just like he did to me and my friend.
