We have owned since 2001 and are very disappointed with the product and the service. All of our points have been upgraded to permanent as perpetual are only valid for a set time frame. We are in the top two tiers for point ownership that is supposed to come with the ability to schedule further in advance. Before we upgraded to silver level, we still booked our vacations a year in advance. The slimesman sold us by stating that we could reserve 390 days in advance. Bs! We still can not get a reservation for holiday times in resorts of our choice. This includes the hawaii islands, mexico, florida, and west coast.
This is not someone just lied to in a sales meeting, this is a languid owner with over 165 permanent points every year with silver prestige status. Please pay attention to the reviews and save yourself the disgruntlement of not being able to book the vacation you have already paid for! The worst part is that they are still extremely high pressure sales, yet they can not even meet the owners needs now! Another laugh you are called an owner, not really and if I am an owner why am I being ignored? If they were my gardener they would be fired. How again am I considered an owner, when I can't use what I own?
