Crossmark - Unfair treatment at work/harassment

This company was helped and promoted by my wife, Jennifer for years. She fixed and solved many of the different issues at several locations at the request of her regional director, John Moore. My wife was interviewed for a market manager position, until a much younger, less experienced supervisor from outside of my wife's market was hired for the position at the last minute due to her ties to the upper management of the company. This Market manager, Angela Ramsey (aka Peebles) didn't have the qualifications for this position. Jennifer helped her anyway. She was always calling on Jennifer on how to do things and procedures because she didn't know how to do her job. Despite the apparent disappointment and hurt she felt after 5-6 yrs with this company, out of goodness of her heart she did what she normally does and rolled with it and continued to help her. Crossmark continued to show favoritism toward the new market manager, even when that new market manager then started to mistreat Jennifer. My wife then reported the market manager to Employee Relations and her regional manager, John Moore, even though she was in fear of retaliation-which did come. Initially from Angela, which my wife again reported to John and ER. All that got her ultimately
was insults and a hostile work environment. The rest to come was just them inevitably coming for her job. At one point ER suggested that Angela be retrained. Then the pandemic came and they laid the Market managers off. Things ran smoothly for quite awhile. My wife worked throughout the whole pandemic. When the brought the Market managers back, ER did suggest that Jennifer not deal directly with Angela due to her issues with her so she was assigned to a different market manager, Jodi Marlow. Jodi followed the same steps as the old one in a more sneaky way. Jennifer then came to complain about the mistreatment and retaliation, not being allowed to issue counselings to employees for serious infractions like drinking on the job, time fraud, constantly using their cell phone on the sales floor, Jodi decided to say her and her employees were a lynch mob! Jennifer was a good boss and her team leads and all but select few bad apples truly did a great job. But now, since my wife was not able to control the favored few, the other employees have chosen to leave. So as of now all her and her employees are gone. Her merits in this company stand out as one of the better supervisor's in her field. Over six sams clubs she went in made Club and Managment relations better and fixed issues and hired people in the same position of her own to run those clubs. To leave all of them in very good shape till this day. Only to have an inconvenient circumstance happen. She got covid from this company not following state mandates and cdc guidelines, including city ordinance and mandates. Some of the very issues she was complaining to her Upper management team about and trying to counsel her "bad apples" on to prevent this from occurring. So they took the opportunity to oshtersize her. They are refusing to accept TN
Her doctor's recommendations and accommodation her to come back to work, despite having do so with other club Supervisors in similar situations. These are temporary restrictions and she is cleared to return to with out restrictions in 30 days. CROSSMARK has posted her job and is taking applications to fill her position. They told her that once and is cleared to come back without restrictions she can apply for another position within the company. My wife is a supervisor. She has worked long and hard to get to ensure she is. They are basically telling her she can start over or move to a different club, if one happens to be available, and drive there every day. Currently she is not being paid. CROSSMARK had opted out of the EFMLA programs to help those affected by covid so that leaves her without insurance money to pay her bills. Now she has to suffer with after effects of the lingering effects of long haul covid and the covid pneumonia that and contacted from being a dedicated employee. If you go to crossmark website it says their values and what there about. Everything that their company policy follows. You will see it says, about the physical and mental health of their employees and transparency is the most important. It's all Lies. My wife tried to go to her management team. And had gone to Employee Relations. Then even other people in the company. You are an expendable number for them to make money. That is all. If it comes down to even your life, the money will still come first. They have been recently been bought by another company. For right now I'm sure they are under crossmark.

Desired outcome: Help to file an EEOC complaint or board of labor complaint

Also during all this I was in the ICU fighting for my life and I almost passed away. My wife has gone through hell. She is one of the most loving, giving, people. She is giving to her job and to people in general. I have read other complaints here and this company needs to be exposed. They should have been supporting her during the worst time of her life but they have truly turned their back on her even she has almost given up her life for them-literally. Please help!
