I purchased my car in mid October it is now January 29th, I was told my vehicle would be registered and titled for me as part of the service that I paid for. Months and months have passed, and I have acquired multiple temporary plates. I have used my allowed number of temp plates and now my car registration is expired leaving me without transportation and still no Title or registration. The agents I have consulted with would rather pass my problems off to each other, not call me when paperwork is ready and complain about their personal life than do the job I ALREADY PAID for. I was told to receive paperwork from the DMV, and the DMV said I was not responsible for said paperwork, nor was I legally able to receive it. My agent said she would contact my local DMV and she did not. I am told to mail forms in and yet I wasn't given an address to do so. I call for the address and I'm told there's no Employee Directory with Mailing addresses, and that most employees work from home. I will not be satisfied until I get my Fees refunded that I paid Tresl, and my Registration and title given to me in hand. I will be exploring litigation.
Claimed loss: Time at the DMV, Temporary Plates, and Fees Paid to Tresl with unresolved work. If you pay for a service and the service is not completed you should be rewarded a refund.
Desired outcome: Full Refund of Tresl Services
