My and my wife left our truck on this place 2 month ago for repairs and this lady kellie graves, phone number [protected]. Was super rude with us and didn't help our case at all she make it even harder, because she doesn't want to fallow up and she was asking for things that she all ready has on her files but she just don't feel like doing it. She doesnt even want to speak with our insurance representative saying that she have no time for that and she just walk away from us with a nasty attitude leaving us in the front desk, hope fully some one contact me for more information because we are talking about ford witch everybody will think that they hired only professional people but sadly if not. And we just get a 90,000 dlls truck from them. So disappointed...
