Budget Brakes

I went to budget brakes they put supposedly new rotors on the front they said pads was still good so left them on they turned bk rotors an put new premium pads on it that was 525.00 they immediately started a loud screeching nose I took it bk they said it was the rust on new front rotors new rotors an rust on them I thought after awhile it would stop they did not stop I took bk they put new premium pads on the front it was 210.00 so that makes 735.00 and still are making that dam loud screeching sometimes I can be going around a curve an they will screech I'm not even touching the brakes the noise is getting louder
