It's been over a week since i've been trying to get the gas cut on. It was hard coordinating with the office before but now they are working reduced hours and it's been over a week and they still haven't allowed the gas company access to the utility room! The gas company has done their part coming out everyday when I call them (mind you I only call when the cmha office is open). There was this one day last week when I thought it was going to be taken care of... But no! They had to find the keys... I call back a couple hours later and they found the key but it was broken! I was told (more like promised) the key would be available the next day, nope didn't happen. This was the second day. I've been trying to get my gas on since the third of december! I need action! It's getting colder and colder! Why is there not more collaboration with the utility company and cmha? Please find a better way to handle matters such as this
