To who concern, my name is Deylis Gayle. The reason I'm here today, is cause around 1:30 pm I went to the store number#-105, located at 45 North Nellis Blvd in the shopping center. I went there seeking for some small cans of juice for a family member I currently have hospitalize at the umc emergency intensives cares. So, towards the last ial to the right, when you just enter the store, I found the particular item I was looking for, and also the price was very convenient to my budget. Front of the second shelves, they stoked some small mango juice cocktail cans & attach to it was also a price sing for 2/99. Right away I took 6 of them, and went to the 2 register to check out. When the cashier start scanning the products, I notice on the screen, that the price was totally different than the one I saw on the shelves. I explain to the employee & after she went to price check confirming my previous statement. I told her to get a manager for price override the items & the one that shows up named Astric, staying she was the floor assistance manager, told me that she won't give me the price I just said cause they was ring it 80 cents each. Surprised for the very un professional outcome of this supervisor, providing customer service. Iv got really mad & upset about it. Cause to me, in order for a business to susceed in a high demand level expectations, always the customers have the right. And if I found thoses cans in a different price. She was suppose to sale them to me at that price, especially that one of theirs work members confirmed directly to her what I saw in the rack. Then, she could come & fix the error or mistake, of whoever stock the freight and labeled in that section. She don't really deserve been on that position level to be honest, cause a manager definition involve care, concern, customers satisfaction & providing theirs
basics needs as number one priority. So I left very dessapointed & warning her that I will scale up the issues, no matter the consequences are. I did call the 1-800 number and submit a complaint with an agent, but still waiting for them reply.
Desired outcome: I want a higher manager contact me at the store and make this assistance finish that transaction.
You will never hear from them! The do not have enough staff to reply to PROBABLY a zillion complaints.
