I had my kids do an assessment. I set up with a lady named Maria. I went to the appointment to go over the results at ten. I took off the work morning from work. No one was there. I left three messages with no call back. I came during tutoring and there was one teacher there with five kids. BY HERSELF! She said that Maria wasn't there and she didn't know when she'd be there again. The parent in the hallway shared with me that she was withdrawing her child because "it's been like this since the other ladies left and all the tutors". I was flabbergasted! I want my money back. I will not take my kids here!
