Public Service Electric & Gas [PSEG] - Electrical interference with a amateur radio station

I have complained about inference coming from a pole across the street from my house several times this year. I have only had one truck show up and the lineman stepped out of his truck looked up at the pole and said everything looks good and than said I'll have to turn this over to Engineering. This was over a month ago, Nothing has happened since. I began complaining about this problem back in this past Summer to no avail. Now that it is getting colder the electrical interference is getting to the point that I'm having a very difficult time receiving stations on my radio gear. I have walked over to the pole and held a small handheld receiver near the ground wire on this pole and the noise is very pronounced at this location. If something isn't done about this issue very soon I will send a letter to the Public Utility Commission for assistance with this issue. The pole number is 62769ML. The approximate address is 308Heather Dr. Mount Laurel, NJ

Desired outcome: I hate to say it but the Solar Panel on this pole could be the issue and I would like to have it removed. These panels have been a consent source of electrical noise since they were installed by PSE&G in South Jersey.
