They have a new design on the new inhaler, and it is horrible. I tried to contact Perrigo regarding my inhaler. It broke three days after usage. I cannot get another inhaler due to my insurance will not cover until the end of the month. I had to leave work early during the day to go take my breathing treatment. I have severe astma, I am hoping to get a reinbursement, or the company cover my costs of buying a new inhaler at the pharmacy.
The pharmacy informed me he has gotten mutiple compaints with the new design of the inhaler, and the (puff) part not working. They suggested putting it in hot water, and try popping the metal canister out.
It is a tragedy for those who will have to buy another new inhaler since the initial one they bought breaks easily. Those who are on a fixed budget, I hope they better modify their design and hopefully pay for my expense of a new inhaler. I will keep updated.
