I have purchased wireless monitor from Lorex Technology. It broke after a month. I called to this company almost every day and wanted to get replacement, because I have paid for the warranty. But these guys didn’t react to my emails and phone calls. I have no idea what to do now and how to solve the situation. I have spent a lot of money for this monitor and warranty, so I want to use it, but no to keep it or throw away.
