Snap-on Credit - Franchise fraud on account

Dierks Brothers LLC put numerous items that I never bought onto my credit account the franchisee's son admitted to doing it snap-on credit zeroed my account they got billed back for the account from snap-on due to the fraud and now they're trying to collect money from me in wrecking my credit over something that was cleared and my account zeroed out with Snap-On credit due to the franchise admitted the fraud

Claimed loss: 13000.00

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for my credit history being screwed up in the time and money that it takes to go to court
