Applied for a home thatb stated Section 8 accepted in Florida. Was approved for the home a week later and paid holding fee same day to remove home from market. Submitted information on where to send RTA. Took three weeks for RTA to reach proper person. Once RTA was received housing agent then requested landlord packet be completed and returned to initiate inspection. Its been two more weeks and forms are not completed communication is few and far and my kids and I are homeless due to the lack of promptness with this process. If the agents dont know how to conduct business with the housing authorities you guys should not take people with vouchers. Now Im living out of a car with teenage kids who are still in school. And Im still in limbo because you guys have my money but nothing is being done to get the proper paperwork done. Im scared Im confused and I dont know what else to do Ive reached out multiple times and there are multiple people all telling me different things.
