I used to purchase the “Paella Mahatma Parboiled Médium Grain Rice” at your store number #231. Located at: 5850 NW 183rd Street Hialeah, FL 33015.

For the past two months I have not seen the product on your shelves. I know for a fact that it was a high sales volume item.

Before I contacted you, I contacted Mahatma and here is their reponse:

The product you mentioned are still being manufactured and are currently available for distribution. Often times when a product is out of stock it is related to grocer replenishment orders: Thus products are not discontinued, but no inventory is available to restock the shelves. Riviana Foods products are sold by distributors and retailers throughout US.

Unfortunately, we can not determine which retail stores are going to carry the specific product you are looking for, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, you may try our store locator to find the grocery stores that may sell our products near you. We also recommend checking on local retail grocery stores, any major national chains, and online distributors like Amazon.

I went to your store recently and asked about the product. This nice lady referred me to a supervisor and I got lost after her response. She made me feel like if I was bothering her or “I don’t have time for you attitude”.

I believe you guys want to increase sales and this message is from a frequent customer.

Please order enough and keep it available.

The butchers hide the tickets for the line in order to skip their friends. People have to stand for hours in the line to get the service. The butchers doesn’t clean the meat well and ground beef comes out full of fat. I would say the ground beef I bought has pretty much 50% + fat. This is happening in Fresco y Más at 5850 NW 183rd ST Hialeah, Fl. 33015.

Es para dejarles saber que la maquina de hacer picadillo siempre se daña cada vez q hay un joven q no se como se llama, hemos ido varios sabados, he llamado a la manager, la ultima vez pedi hablar con ella en la misma tienda y no salio a atenderme,
No se si el la maquina o el muchacho porque aparte de eso dice q la carne q hay disponible es la q esta afuera, el Sabado 10 de Julio como a las 5:00 pm, con esta es la tercera vez q vamos un sabado y no hemos podido comprar carne.
