Visit Sept 13th and visit in prior week just don't remember exact day.

The young Indian girl who works in the evenings has an atrocious attitude. She glares at you, refuses to acknowledge you, not by ignoring you with her eyes but staring straight at you and refusing to say hello, thank you, or anything. I have been in the store twice in the last week. I thought at first that she had a hearing problem, so I said thank you more than once. She just looked at me like I was an idiot. She did the same thing to my husband and each person after us.

I have a feeling that her family owns it because there is always a crowd of Indian people outside at 9:30 PM till close. Every night. The staff bring all the chairs in at 9 pm even though they have posted hours on the door stating they close at 10 PM. Customers sit on the ground outside and lean on the walls because all the chairs are inside the restaurant. My husband and I took a 15-minute stroll and when we got back to our car, which was right in front of the restaurant, the lights were off, doors locked at 9:50 PM.

The worst thing than that child's inexplicable attitude is that they do not wear gloves. They scrape their knuckles on the insides of the ice cream containers. It's gross and it's against health code violations. The floors are gross. There is buildup on the floor. I get people spill ice cream, but it is obvious that they do not mop at night. I have been there several times between 9 and 9:50 PM and I have never seen anyone mop. We have 6 ice cream shops within less than a mile of my house. I see no reason to visit this dirty, unwelcoming establishment.
