SonderMind

Kaiser covers 100% video therapy and I have never once been charged. Out of nowhere I am getting two bills for almost $200 each from Sondermind. First they said it was the way they coded and they would resubmit, so the codes were exactly like all my other visit codes. When I checked a couple days later to make sure they resubmitted, they said that Kaiser denied them and that is the end of the story- they would not resubmit. The therapist that Sondermind set me up with recently started mocking me and being overly aggressive with me to the point I was uncomfortable. I have never had a therapist who I felt like that with. So not only was the therapy AWFUL, (I reported that to them as well) but now I am being billed because THEY submitted the two claims improperly. Kaiser did not just deny the claim for fun, they did so because Sondermind is a hot mess. I NEVER have issues with Kaiser.
