I asked front dest to upgrade my membership only for last summer in 5/15/19. They made note said member will downgrade in august 2018, was informed about downgrade fee at the time of upgrade-sn. After summer over, which is8/21/2018, I asked to downgrade. They said ok done.in their note said: member come in wanting to downgrade but left before signing agreement-as. (which no one ask me sign anything). 12/28/18 I went back to ask about why my membership fee still charge $20 per month. They checked and say I never had been completed downgrade. Notes say: Member need a refund from last upgrade VB. They still did not complete down grade process this time. I do sign some papers which I was sure that was downgrade paper that moment. I went back to ask why I still constantly to be charged $20 per month on 4-23-19. They told me they never finished downgrade and up - management override note " no refund owed, member needs to sign agreement in queue and pay downgrade fee. They never told me this until I asked. I left the club but still want to refund my overcharge member fee from 8/21/2018 to 4/23/2019 for $70.00. Please let me know if I can get my money back. They have terrible communication with members.
