I ordered on Feb 7, and deivered at 19:44pm. As i opened the item, as i poured the dressing , i noticed a sliced line of thread and when i pulled it out it was black hair strand ... i immediately placed it on the table together with the container and called Umami Restaurant - I was able to speak to the Lady Manager and she said they could not do anything about it and i have to inform Talabat directly - so i opened the app to click on the ratings and there i wrote my complaint - please check the app
