Transform Credit (Together Loans) review: Identity theft/ unauthorized co-signing for a loan

I am presently being sued by Transform Credit (Together Loans) for $7,000 plus attorney fees and costs. I was served on 12/9/2025. My identity was stolen and used to co-sign/guarantee a loan from this company. I have never met, nor have I ever had any affiliation with the person I am said to have co-signed for. Despite my vehement protests that the cosigner was not me, Transform Credit has continued to perpetuate this fraud instead of simply comparing the likeness and information of the imposter (via zoom video) with mine. I have filed my sworn affidavit with the Federal Trade Commission.
