Trade Winds Vacations Club review: Charges for a membership I canceled

My wife and I joined the vacation club after attending a seminar about the club. We booked a Arizona vacation. When we returned we realized that the presenter mislead us about the bonus program as other misleading info. I personally met the agent who sold us the contract and after explaining why told him to cancel our membership and take down our picture on the display board. We have not used this membership (only once) after our Arizona vacation and did not hear from them until a letter about our membership was re4cieved years later. I immediately wrote back and explained that I had already IN person cancelled our membership. I may have received another letter but if I did I would of remind them we cancelled the membership.

Now today 5/17/23 and years later are trying to collect $2500 for pass dues etc.,
