Top Sail, Knox Johnston, Amlin Ins SE review: Yacht insurance

My yacht was rammed by a boat that lost its anchor in a storm. Despite the owner being on board he was unable to avoid my anchored yacht. The date 23rd May 2024.
My insurance broker is TopSail UK.
The policy was issued by MS Amlin Insurance S.E. issued through Haven Knox Johnson
As far as I am aware no claim has been issued to the 3rd Party Insurer.
Only the bowsprit has been repaired leaving the Bobstay, two roller forstays and one backstay to be replaced.
Costs are mounting and I have not received a single payment for anything to date
