thomas patrick giordano review: missleading 1

my wife and i hire this firm to do a chapter 13, we told them that i have lost my job and have not work for over a year do to also disability time and unemployement. they knew i was not working, but they said they could still help save our house. we sign a contract'. wich by the way im on med and was not feeling good so we were told the amount was 8000.00 dollars. they prosuad us that they will take care of, but they need the money first up front. so we made payment of 2000.00 in 3 instalment first one was 1000. then 2 other at 500. as soon as they got the total of 2000. they gave our case to a arthur r cuellar who started to rush us on getting the case turnd into a chapter 7 because i dont have a job but charching use 3000, he sais we coulnd get the 2000 back it was non refundibal. he also wanted to get the case over with.i have been having heart trouble do to the stress financly and need the money back. he has done no work for the chapter 7, im going to a difrent atorney thats cheaper to file for a chap 7 they knew i was not working from the beganning and wont qualified for chapter 13 they knewit but play us real good. is not fair please please i need my money back.just because of a crookit legal move and a crookit contrac they said we cant get our 2000 back we need that money. please help us. thank you ROLANDO AND MONICA ARROYO
