I ordered a product from the subject company. Their order page did not have delivery times. After ordering the confirmation showed a delivery expected of three weeks plus. The item was for my grand-daughters birthday and it was about 10 days away. Her birthday was on october 10th. Just received today october 22nd. Less than 24 hours after ordering and getting delivery time I cancelled the order. They (amanda) said the order was already entered and could not be cancelled. I have stopped payment on the credit card. Terrible customer service

I ordered a tatical watch in Jan. Received 3 months later, returned it as it didn't work. Have emailed asking if they received it back so I could get a refund. Not one word ... Then I clicked on the email stating see your order and the site does not exist or is not available!

I ordered an wireless AirPods charging case and it still hasn’t come I ordered it on Jan 11 2019! They are not responding to my emails and it seems like there is only one person (Amanda) I want a refund!

I ordered the hair iron curler. Looked amazing online. Mine arrived after 3 week. It only heated to the lowest setting which was not enough to curl any hair at all. I have been trying to reach them and all I keep getting is send photos or videos of item not heating. I’ve sent pictures of the item and a video but have no clue what else I can do to show it’s not heating. Obviously their guarantee of 100% refund policy must be a scam as I’m still trying to get answers. This item was advertised on Instagram. So be warned. It’s a fake phone number as well.

I ordered (3) RC machines for my kids on Black Friday, only one arrived before Xmas, and the last arrived damaged but is not even the same brand or scale! Amber replied during the shipping issues, but has now gone radio silent when I contact them about the shipping damage and wrong product being sent. Like other have said the phone number is bogus, just like their last customer service claims. Under no circumstances should anyone support this sham of a company.

My order took 4 weeks and that is absolutely wrong thing. I want to get return, but no one answer the phone. It seems like the phone number [protected]) is invalid in its website. I called hundreds of times. no answers... It is very bad company I have ever met.
Please do no order any thing from this company...

Placed an order for "Snowflake Cookie Cutters" in October 2019...Today is December 30, 2019 and I have not yet received them! That is totally UNACCEPTABLE! They were going to be used for Xmas...Xmas has come and gone!
Number 1...I want you to get a refund!
Number 2...Your company is being reported to the Better Business Bureau!
Number 3... I will NEVER going to order anything from your company again!
