The Lakeside Collection Perks review: Won't respond to emails

I was a member of Lakeside Perks for quite a while. Out of the blue comes a message saying "Sorry, you have been blocked You are unable to access lakesideperks.com". They have not responded to my efforts to figure out what happened. Today, I sent ANOTHER email and got this . . . "Address not found

Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@lakesideperks.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

How can Lakeside Perks just up and end their service with no warning or notification? I have been a customer of Lakeside Collection for many years. I even notified them. They gave me a number but I never got to talk to a human.
