Do not order from these people. I placed an order on December 31, the order was originally supposed to be delivered to my home on the 5th of January, but I was not at home to sign for the package. I called my local post office, after leaving the slip in my mail box to have them redeliver, and the post office returned the package to sender instead by accident. And the tracking info was never updated. I sent four different emails to this company with out a response(they do not have a phone number listed or I would have just called directly). Finally they had an online chatroom open, so I inquired about my order, and was threatened to have all of my personal information leaked, and threatened to be sued, for defamation( I just stated that I wanted a refund or a new package sent out within the week). These people are not legitimate, and will take you money so BEWARE from ordering from them.
Thatswholesale sent me the wrong product then i contacted there customer service dept and talk to paul on live chat he called me a crazy mental paitent, because nobody changed my order. Then m, ade threats to me copy and pasteing me my name and address. Very bad customer service. Do nto trust this company.
How can you blame thatswholesale.com for a package that the post office claimed was accidentally sent back and not even update it in their tracking system? Maybe you got the package and tried to get another shipped to you free of charge just for complaining. Hard to believe what you say. Thatswholesale.com happens to be one of the longest running original ephedra seller online. I believe you are a competitor trying to ruin their reputation because they are taking away all your business. That is what you get for selling fake ephedra without the ephedrine alkaloids. Thatswholesale.com sells the real ones with the active ingredient Ephedrine Alkaloids. The Stimerex-ES original is the strongest epehdrine alkaloids product in the market and it is expensive. People like you try to pull tricks in order to get 2 for the price of 1. Good luck with that. Nothing you claim in your complaint makes any sense. I have purchased from them several times and never had a problem in years. If you have a problem with the post office then don't go around complaining in order to get a free product.

The companies who sell the fakes are losing business to www.thatswholesale.com as a result so they post negative reviews in order to regain some of the lost business. Since the products at www.thatswholesale.com are the originals with real ephedra, all they can claim is that they provide bad customer service (even though the post office was at fault). If you don't believe me, buy from other ephedra sellers and find out for yourself. The company has been in business since 2003 with repeat customers for a good reason. Besides, your purchase is protected by your credit card company. If you have a problem with them, the solution is to dispute it with your bank.
thats wholesale is fake, i bought yellow power and supposedly it has 300mg caffeine and 25mg ephedra, HAH! im pretty sensitive to caffeine and i didn't feel anything apart from over heated a litle, and not as in ephedrine over heated as my heart rate sky rockets when im on real ephedrine, it is better to get some from a canadian site (because its legal there) that sells the 8mg pills and take three with 200mg caffeine. don't buy any of these premade eca stacks.

thats wholesale is NO fake. i ordered stimerex es &pure ephedra pe25. it came super fast ! they sent 3 confirmation emails for the sale & the tracking of the order. ive been taking 1 stimerex pill & 1 pe25 twice a day for 5 days now. i knew 5 minutes after taking the 1st dose it was real! for those of you who remember how ephedra pills were back in the day, this is the closest i have come. dont believe other websites, this one is for real. in the 5 days im taking it, so far ive lost 6 lbs. im sure just water weight at this point but pills from other companies didnt even do that for me! i first ordered from isupplements. horrible! those pills were all FAKE! the ad said alkaloids, but when i got it from isupplements the actual bottle said extract, and then wouldnt even refund my money. i WILL only order from thats wholesale from now on! and as far as the customer service, there is alot of bad reviews about the rep PAUL. he may be very short in his demeanor, but he know what he is talking about! i think all their reps just use the anonymous name of paul. but oh well. he was still very helpful, to the point, and gave me very good advice. i know alot about ephedra supplements, i do my research! reps for the isupp company were not as informed when i asked specific questions. Paul answered everything i threw at him. Again, i will ONLY order from thats wholesale from now on! this is a real review. i am a real customer! thats wholesale has been right on the money, and sell the real thing!

Purchase an ephedra extract (ephedra free fake) from others and then make the comparison to thatswholesale's. If you have any problems, your credit card company is always there to help. What these other fake ephedra sellers won't tell you is that your credit card company protects your orders for up to 6 months. So if you purchased a fake, you can call your credit card company 5 months later to request a refund. Simple. Don't believe any of the drama being created with all these posts. Anyone can create a username and post anything online. Proof is in the product and protection is with your credit card company. Don't let anyone mislead you.
