Tetra Financial Group, LLC now operating under their new name QUORUS Financial, LLC.
They use very deceptive business practices. Do google search on them, you will be shocked.

Here are some examples:
“Evergreen Clause”, Which will automatically renews a lease or finance obligation beyond the original lease term. The contract language varies by lender (see some actual examples below) but the common thread is that the monthly payment obligations automatically renews for additional periods of time (often 12 months) unless specific notification is provided to the Lender.
This obligation is rarely emphasized to you when you sign the contract and likely you are unaware of this provision. Because of this, many customers do not realize their contract has extended beyond its original term. Most Business Owners are busy running their companies, not complying with the “fine print” in their contract.

They love fine prints, I gave their contract to our attorney, he said it would take him 6 hours to understand all the special language they use. Bottom line it would cost you $2, 400 for your attorney to tell you not to work with them.

Also beware of end of lease buyout, they will try to confuse you with made up language, which no other reputable leasing company will use. They use formulas which simply does not make sense.
What they do not realize is the following formula: Media + Website such as this = Empowered people.
They can change their names as much as they want, its a small world and with the internet its even a smaller world.

Beware of Tetra Financial Group, Now operating under QUORUS Financial, LLC.
These guys are very deceptive, I would do a little research, you will be shocked.
What you should beware of are the following:
“Evergreen Clause”, that automatically renews a lease or finance obligation beyond the original lease term. The contract language varies by lender (see some actual examples below) but the common thread is that the monthly payment obligations automatically renews for additional periods of time (often 12 months) unless specific notification is provided to the Lender.

Because of this, many customers do not realize their contract has extended beyond its original term. Most Business Owners are busy running their companies, not complying with the “fine print” in their contract.

"End of lease Buyout" These guys use formulas out of their ###.
It simply does not make sense no matter who looks at it. They will get you in the end.

What they do not calculate for, is the following formula: media + websites such as this =
empowering the people.

Beware they keep changing their name, now they are now operation under the name Quorus Financial, LLC.
Same people, same scam

Bad information. Tetra/Quorus is an excellent company. I've been working with them for several years. Highly recommend them to anyone. Sounds like you weren't sure what you were doing and neither was your attorney. They are easy to work with and have been in business for almost 30 years!
