I hate the company Tarson Pools Spas & Patio Furn. I bought pool form them and I had only problems with that. They delivered it on time, but it was defective, and after that they charged and repaired for several times. Finally I received it, but again water dirty and I cleaned it every day, but when I called to the company, they refused to come and see it. Don’t buy form them. Really bad services and company. Post comments.
Avoid tarson pools at all costs! You will
do yourself a favor!
Don't do business with TARSON POOLS
as they will just lead you on & on telling you are coming to install and
service you BUT NEVER DO! All OF their staff can't even get the story
straight and just lie to you. One staff tells you one thing and another comes
up with another story as why they haven't shown up. THAT'S LUCKY ENOUGH IF YOU
GET A PHONE CALL BACK. THAT'S ANOTHER GAME OF THEIRS, NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS
WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL GET RIGHT BACK TO YOU. LIES! Even the owned, Bob
Tarson, lies through his teeth to cover his employees AND MAKE EXCUSES. Oh yea,
before I forget. Tarson pools does not have their own staff installing pools.
They hire private contractors so if the contractor screws up, good luck getting
your problem taken care of by Tarson pools. There is no customer service with
Tarson pools, just all a bunch of lies and excuses. HAVE PICTURES, CONTRACTS,
RECORDED PHONE CALLS AND CALL LOG. Pool was to be taken care of before Memorial
Day. Yep, that's right Memorial day. Gee, now the 4th of July. Totally!
Unrepairable company. Should know better with no BBB certification AND PROBLEMS
NOT SOLVED.
Again avoid Tarson pools completely or you will be sorry. Try Cannon, Syracuse
pool, or Liverpool pool & spa. Try anyone first, JUST DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
You will be happy that you DIDN'T USE THEM. TRULY! Watch your Facebook pages as
all OF OUR friends will be posting about this very poor excuse of a company.
AGAIN, THAT'S TARSON POOLS IN THE CENTRAL NEW YORK AREA. AVOID!
