I ordered the free trial of knight sticks for $9.95 in 01/10/2010 and I had their products 4 days after. The product tasted awful, I have 10 days from the day I ordered for cancel my order, but I called 8 times to this company last friday 01/15/2010 and today 01/18/2010 16 times, but a voicemail answered..."all circuits are busy"... I would like to cancel this order, but I couldn't, they didn't answer. I don't want to waste my money after 10 days ($99.90), 15 days ($59.85 their products + s&h) and monthly supply ($59.85 their products + s&h)...

Tried calling to cancel any further deliveries after receiving sample of acai product.
I was kept on hold for 30 minutes.

I have been trying to reach someone on the phone to cancel order. when I finally did. they told me they would cancel and my account would not be charged, but it was. I am a single mom and I wanted to try this advertisements but I didn't think they would be a rip off and they are. I would just like my money back.

This is crazy, I wish I would have read this site before I too ordered the trial pack. after going through all this crazyness I now smoke more than I did before I ordered this thing to quit smoking. anyway I did however receive my refund and thank you knight sticks for doing so. I just keep calling and getting peoples names and extentions and I then got in contact with the manager and he took care of me and refunded my money within three days of us speaking. needless to say the product did not work for me and now I too have this global reward company calling me too and they call like three times a day.

Listen here glodal rewards if you have a free gift to send to people then just send it no need to call you already have our info right you read back my adress and cc info which you shouldnt need if the gift is free right. well that goes back to that saying nothing in life is for free...

here's my story: I did the 10 day trial from knightsticks... found that I didn't need as many cartridges as they would send... had no problem contacting a csm... had them charge me for the knightstick and one month supply of cartridges and cancel my account so I could simply call and request a month supply whenever I needed it. that was all great... yes they do taste weird, but what do you expect? they're not real cigarettes! duh! I havn't had a real cigarette in two months and rarely touch the knightstick now.

now on to my complaint... I now receive many calls from "global rewards" about "free" gift cards. I know they are affiliated with you because they referenced my knightstick order. I wouldn't have minded, but they continue to call after I have told them several times to stop, and half the time they hang up as soon as I answer the phone. it's going to cause me to lose my church language.

Any help in stopping the calls is appreciated,

I'm sorry you are having difficulty contacting our customer service department - I have checked our customer service number of [protected] (8am to 7pm cst, mon-fri) and confirmed it is up and working with an average hold time of 1 to 2 minutes, so please do try and call again as it should not take more than a minute or two to get someone on the line.

If you are unable to reach a representative by phone we do list email support on our website under the "contact" link at the bottom of the page - simply go to http://www.secureordertrack.com/secure/knightsticks/contact.html and follow the email hot-link to contact us that way (we do respond to all emails within 24-48 business hours).

Wow. me too. I feel so stupid for seeking help via knight sticks. this "devin" guy is full of sh*! I tried calling several times and was on hold for more than 15 min. before I gave up. there are no links to respond to anyone via internet. I am going to have to call my bank and attourney! thanks supreme brands for ripping me off and sending me items that I didn't ask for!

I'm terribly sorry to hear about your difficulty in contacting our customer service department - do to an overwhelming response to our trial offer we were overloaded with calls on friday, 1/22/2010. we have since hired new agents to reduce hold times and have made email support available so customers have alternate means to contact us.

I would certainly like to help you get your account resolved by getting you refunded as you were trying to cancel within the trial period - if you could please send me a private message or respond to this post I will do my best to assist you.

Grrrr! same for me! I wanted to cancel before my 10 day tiral. kept getting "all circuits are busy"... or a fast busy signal. all day I tried calling! you can't reply to their email either when they send you confermations for your trial offer... it's a "noreply" email adddress! I finally canceled my credit card! credit card company said they would dispute if I got a charge... but I told them how can you dispute when you can't get a hold of them! the best way to keep this company from charging you (if you want them stop sending you the kightsticks) is to close your credit card. they also told me if they issue you a new number, knightsicks can do still do a "force charge" to your acct. better to close your credit card acct. the surest way to be safe!

I am so happy I saw this - I too signed up for the free trial of knight sticks for $9.95. I did this on 1/19/10. my credit card was hit for this amount but my free trial item has not gotten here yet. I tried calling the number for the customer service - I had the same thing happen to me - circuits are busy - please hold for the next available representative, so I hung up as the wait was long. I immediately called my bank and I was lucky - they cancelled my credit card effective immediately so I will not get hit with any more fees or items I don't wish to have. I was lucky that I called when only the $9.95 and an international fee of $.08 had hit my credit card. if this happens to you - call your bank immediately.

I too am in the same boat, ordered on 16th-jan-2010. later read about it on the internet. have you tried calling credit card company? my credit card company says they will not change my credit card account#. they say I will have to dispute my transaction after it has posted. oh well! what a waste of time, effort and money.

Dear yolanda,

I'm happy to hear you had a satisfactory experience with the product - as your case clearly pvoes, the product does work if you stick with it and allow it to supplement your lifestyle.

Most customers expect "miracle pill" type results where they will take the product for 7 days without eating healthy or exercizing and be surprised that they haven't lost any weight. there is no such product that exists; if there is, please let me know so that we can start selling it!

However, it is our fault that our customer service department had excessive hold times and for that we would certainly like the oppurtunity to amend the situation. as previously stated in other threads, the best way to resolve a situation like this is to contact our 24/7 customer service department [protected] - hold times are less than 2 minutes) and explain your situation to a representative.

I am a vital acai customer and I am very satisfied with the product. I have been using it for 3 months now and I did not see any wieght loss the first 10 days of usage but I did feel a new burst of energy, so I decided to keep on using it, when I recieved my 2nd bottle and stayed on a healthly diet I began immediately seeing the weight fall off. I must say I lost 10 pounds in a month and once I reach my goal I will continue taking the product for energy and to cleanse myself like all women should do. my advice to everyone who is calling and complaining you thought you were getting something for free but there's always a price on being healthy and besides you would have not ordered if you wasn't looking to gain something. yolanda tx
