Sun Lodge at Angel Fire review: Timeshare

We have owned a timeshare with this company for over 30 years and we are elderly and can not use this due to mobility and health issues.  We have made several contacts to try to get help from them and they completely ignored us. What a way to show you treat your clients with respect, dignity, and great service.  I would not recommend them to anyone at this point. I am appalled at their treatment of us.  A response is deserved and professional.

We were told what a great investment this was but if there is no way out when you need it then how is that a great investment.  There is no resale there is no help for the elderly to get out, when they can not use it nor keep up with the increases every year for maintenance which has way more growth then our set income does, then how is this legal?
