Last week the director, Nicole Crumb, Account Director, I call my work during working hours she says that offering a VIP membership. I remember that I said, I will not pay anything more, I have no benefits, prompted to send me the information by email because honestly I could not understand it and I had also no time for her. To my surprise I find a charge on my credit card. I did an official complaint with my bank and telling you that you write to it I had clearly told her that I did not authorize any charge to my card, I copy the conversation attached it last this does is to accuse me that I wanted the VIP benefits without paying, when 4 or 5 times and I did emphasis that I had no interest in having any membership. I do this not for the money but for the lack of respect of this to me.

I appreciate your email. We have been in business for 20 years and our books are registered with the Library of Congress, if we were a scam we would never be able to be registered with them. Yes, we charge for products and services as every company does. A scam is someone who doesn't deliver products or services.

When we spoke last week, I told you clearly that our VIP program was $289.00 with shipping and handling it was $307.62. I just listened back to the recording of our conversation and would be happy to play it for you. I told you that I was putting the payment on your visa card ending in 0900.

All the work has been done, you are up and running on our home page of the www.strathmoreworldwide.com site under the VIP section and we allocated your full half page in the front section of the book.

You took a 1 yr membership with a plaque on 2/6/13 for a total of $256.61.

If it’s a budgetary, I wish you would have told me that last week as I wouldn't have had my staff do all the work. If you are trying to say that you didn't authorize the VIP charge than I will be forced to send in the recorded conversation to your credit card company which does not make you look good. We would never charge someone’s acct without an authorization. If you misunderstood in any way, please call me so we can discuss this as 2 professionals. My number is [protected] Ext 206.

me- For those reason I told you that wrote me, because you always call me in time of work and I can heard you well. Sorry but I DON'T WANT ANY MEMBERSHIP AND PLEASE CANCEL..IT IS THE ONLY THAT I WANT, PLEASE! REALLY I DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOU, because I am clearly remembered that I told you, I do not give paid anything more in the start of our conversation, and you told me, You do not need to pay anything. OK I am clear I do not understand the last you told me. But I do not want any VIP membership...Really, I do not want ANY MEMBERSHIP NOW. Please one more time, cancel.

You told me that you already paid and I said Yes, you paid for the 1 year membership which had nothing to do with the VIP status that you were offered. I never said you didn't have to pay for the VIP status program. I specifically told you the price, and the credit card that I was using for it. They are 2 different programs as I mentioned. Being it was your misunderstanding I will be willing to credit you back a $100.00 and still leave you as our VIP being all the work was done. I will gladly play back the recording for you so you can hear everything for yourself. I just want to get paid for the work that has been done. You will see the credit once you acknowledge this email. I will also put you on a do not call list as of now. I truly do wish you all the best. Thank you.

By the way, the bank canceled the card the last night when I called to indicate the charge, and also told that this company were engaged to call during working hours when people can not do two things at once. It is humanly impossible, one must go wrong, and here the injured was me. So, I do not take the call this morning when you called me because, I'm in my office, I am working with patients and I have to have my 5 senses in them.

she-The only reason I called you at work is because you provided us with your work # originally for you to be called there. I already put you on a do not call list. I do not think it’s fair for us to be out ALL the money simply because you misunderstood. I was extremely clear on the cost and that I was putting the payment on your card. I feel like you are trying to get the services to free by putting in a dispute with your credit card company after you agreed to the VIP status. I would hope that you are a honest person and are not trying to get over on my company. We have integrity here and stand by our products and services. If you are willing to meet me half way I will credit you back the $100.00, if not, then I will be forced to send in the recording to your credit company and they will hear that you accepted the charge which they may not credit you back anything at all. Are you willing to accept the $100.00 credit?

First I'm honest, second I was not the first to call, were you, and third, I was never interested in anything to do with you, it was you who called over and over again. I'm just saying, I do not care NOTHING, neither membership nor given that has to do with you, and send the recording if you want, and I will report you go calling during working hours and that's why I asked you to send me one email with the information and understand that it is also recorded, and you just sent me asking me for a portrait. Never again answered me, but clearly she accuses me that I wanted to have the benefits without paying when a numberless times I told him I was not interested to have any relationship.
