October of 2022 I was promised a “Hollywood Smile” out the door in 6 months. It has been over 2 years and I was left with a low grade upper permanent implant. The implant is not flush with my gums so when I grin it looks like I have a mustache. The implant is breaking, it has broken my bottom teeth, knocked out my filings, I talk weird & my smile is wrong. I will need further surgeries and costly repairs along with more pain and suffering.
