Smiths Food and Drug review: Pricing

I have been overcharged almost every single time I go to Smiths. Digital coupons are not honored, nor are shelf prices, When I pointed this out, the overcharges were supposed to be credited back to my card. They were not. The amounts of overcharges were from $2,50 to over $10.00.
Handicapped parking, right in front of the entrance, was moved to an area far, far area away from the entrance. The spaces where they used to be were replaced with "senior citizen" parking, which everyone uses.
Electric carts, used by the handicapped, are frequently not availab.e. T
