SiteVentures, LLCIT Company rip off

Richard Hillard has done nothing according to contract. He repeatedly ignores phone calls yet demands his payment.

In the time I have been a customer of his he has let go of ALL of his major employees. All of the employees that were helpful and took care of us, are gone. Instead we are left with a poor business owner.

DO NOT sign a contract with Rich. The prices are competitive because they are a lie. Wait a month and you'll see the extra bill...this bill of course will be due on receipt and a month late getting to our office.

It's disgusting.

    Site Ventures with Rich the dick was our biggest mistake. He promises the world and instead delivered extreme hardship for our company as all of our IT issues were worse with him and he NEVER would reply to our calls, tickets, emails and such. Would take 3+ months to get assistance on something minor. Biggest BS'er I've EVER encountered! Would suggest he look for a new career!!

    SiteVentures is a JOKE. We have had nothing but problems since signing up 16 months ago. Everytime we have an issue we try to contact support - we can only get through about 5% of the time. When we finally do reach support it is always someone else's mistake causing the problem - Site Ventures and Rich have never once taken responsibility for their shoddy product.

    rich is a joke, but you'll find that out in time. try a google search for "computer support" and you'll find someone that can help. siteventures is a battered relic with rich hillard driving the ship.

    I have not had any issues with Rich or SiteVentures in the 13 months I've been a customer. My office had to have its computers on 24/7 for security reasons and my energy bills were enourmous. Rich set us up with his cloud services and I've saved over $500 dollars just on energy alone. I had an issue once where my system went down but Rich and one of the technicians came that day and I was back up in under an hour. I'm very happy with the level of service I've received from SiteVentures... keep up the good work!

    Actually I haven't experienced any of these issues. I have been a customer for 2 years. I worked with Rich initially but ever since he quoted us we have worked with the techs. They have always been helpful and the support is there 24 hours a day. Granted I haven't worked with any other technology companies but I am happy. No problems here.

    I think he has (or had) great intentions, BUT they slowly fade...

    The best thing said was what NHBiz states, "He promises you the world..." I do think he is overwhelmed and doesn't follow through with his promises...he slowly loses focus on your company once he has you in a contract.

    I agree. SiteVentures had set us up with their "cloud services" and what a money pit it turned out to be. Our entire network was as slow as ever and everyone in the office only complianed. I estimate that we lost over 30K in costs with SiteVentures and an additional 100k in employee costs due to lost productivity. This was a bad experience and we advise any and all small businesses to stay away. In addition to this, one of SiteVentures' employees notified us that the company they use for their "cloud services" has been bought out by oracle and they decided to discontinue the product. That means all of us with SiteVentures "cloud services" are on a sinking ship to no where. I wish we could let all of his clients know about this trainwreck waiting to happen.

    I too have had numerous frustrations come up while dealing with Site Ventures. Rich is a hot tempered kind of guy that is greedy only for your money. If he does get your money his interest level in you and your company's well being begins to deteriorate and the service begins to slip.

    I would recommend that you and your small to medium sized business stay far from Site Ventures as the problem always stems from the owner. I can second that he has let go of many a good employee that in the past had been the shining light coming from the black abyss that Site Ventures truly is.

    We're surprised you have any clients left!!! We have spoken with several of your clients that have dropped you like a bad habit and have moved onto better support. You over charge and under serve. Stay away from this guy and his company.

    May I request your name, company name, address, and phone number? I am very surprised to see my name and company name in such a negative posting online. I am in direct contact with all of our customers and completely surprised that any of our actual customers would post a listing like this. If in fact you are a client and have a valid complaint I would be very interested in understanding the nature of the issues you experienced which caused you to create such a negative posting and would appreciate the opportunity to remedy them.

    I have also experienced horrible support from Rich Hillard at SiteVentures. He promises you the world and gives you nothing. He wants the entire world in his hands so he can control yours and bill you for it. STAY AWAY FROM SITE VENTURES AND RICH HILLARD ESPECIALLY!
