I ordered my movie in late August 2012 and my card was charged for $19.99. I got a confirmation email saying my movie had shipped and then by mid September I still had not received my movie so I emailed them. They apologized and assured me that they would send out another copy free of charge. By the end of September I still had not received the original movie or replacement. I have emailed them numerous times and now they do not even respond to my emails. This company is definitely a scam! Do not order any movies from them unless you want to pay for a movie that you will never get.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

We ordered Harold Robbbin's "79 Park Avenue", according to their website it
was the movie. We were late receiving it, and when it arrived it was very poor
copies of the TV series. Must have been copied numerous times, blurry, poor
color, and portions were missing. I shall NEVER order anything from these people
again, and I suggest if you are considering any order, check your video stores.
Definitely NOT a first class operation... Elizabeth
