I placed an order with this company. They refuse to take credit cards so I had to send them a check. They didn't allow time for the payment to be received (I'm across the country) before they cancelled the order. This company clearly does not wish to do business with customers. Customer Service was rude and unhelpful. They basically told me that when they do receive the payment, that's too bad for me as the order was cancelled. No, they will not return the check.
It looks like we have all had the same experience with this company. I ordered 21 days of the HCG drops on 2/6. I paid by ECheck because they said it would be shipped out the same day if I do. Ok, easy enough. The next day, I checked my bank, and the money had been debited as an ACH to Shipped Today in ACH. That's kind of weird, but ok. The company is supposed to be called Official HCG Diet Plan. I wait a couple days and by the 9th, I had not received an email stating my drops had been shipped. I emailed them and requested that they send them, and I even sent a snip it to show them the amount being debited out of my bank account. I did not receive a response. I emailed again on 2/10. This time I got a response from customer support - Joell Clem. She said verification can take 72 business hours, and that my order is in the que to ship out that day. I just said thank you, and waited for my confirmation email. I did get the confirmation later that day. I thought awesome. The next day I checked the USPS Tracking and it said the shipping label had been cancelled the very same day - 2/10 which is a Friday. So I emailed them again on Monday 2/13, and showed them the snip it of the label being canceled, and asked why? The same customer service support said that they emailed me on Friday the 10th, and said that they were letting me know that my payment was returned, so my shipment was cancelled until they receive a new payment form. Ummm, NO! I checked my bank account again, and the charge was still there, and showed cleared. I sent her a snip it showing the money had cleared my account. In the mean time, I called my bank and explained the whole thing. They said the money had not been returned, and the charge had gone through. So there is defiantly something fishy with this company, and I truly believe they are scammers unfortunately. I filed a dispute with my bank, and they did pull the money back thank goodness!
I ordered from this company and paid by check because, as it explains on their site, if you pay by check, they’ll process it ASAP. After 8 days with zero communication from them, aside from the email informing me that they received my payment, I contacted them. They told me that they had my main order but we’re still waiting on two other products I ordered so they would hopefully get them, and then be able to ship them, within a few days. I asked them if they could AT LEAST ship my main item and they said they would do it that same day. Fast forward two days and they finally shipped the item. Via USPS so I guess that it will hopefully maybe be here in a couple of days. TWELVE days to get an item from “Shipped TODAY” is BS. I will never order from this company again.
