Scott Fortas review: Legal services

Scott Fortas an Atlanta attorney Hawkins Spizman Fortas has filed a suit against me along with a protective order. Considering I am in Japan and have been here for a while how does a person file a protective order against someone who has left the United States permanently and the jurisdiction of a state? Why is Mr. Fortas filing an injunction order against me? What is it that I could reveal that he has gone through great lengths to try and shut me up? Well a little background would reveal he was my attorney and we had some major disagreements and I said I would write some reviews informing the public so that anyone considering hiring him would find the truth. These of course would be based on facts and nothing more regarding his substandard legal services to me.

Interesting enough a court dismissed his first protection order and then about a month ago he filed another protection order and it was granted. I have recently obtained a copy of this protection order and was really surprised that a court would grant him a protection order because ultimately I have repeatedly asked him to honor our agreement and pay me the money he owes me. Courts are usually fair about things and so I would assume this court would be the same and would need some type of evidence and wouldn't you know mysteriously several reviews were written about him all in the same month like clock work. It is absolutely true I said I would write some reviews about him and that I would ensure people know the truth about the services he performs. I am not an attorney but if I didn't write any reviews and they magically appear why would a judge accept this evidence? does not make any sense. I always write reviews on Google and all of my reviews are written with my names attached so not sure why that would have been granted. Of course a court can certainly subpoena records from Google and get the information if in fact he is alleging I wrote those reviews. Freedom of speech is our constitutional write but we certainly don't want to abuse it and slander people. Based on my working relationship with this attorney I would never recommend him to anyone. Save your money find a different attorney.
