I work for RTUI and Cartvertising. I have worked here since 2008 and we try our best to honor all commitments under our contract. We do everything we can to provide the service our clients purchase. We usually return calls or reply to emails within one business day. Can things go wrong? Of course. It sounds like you had a bad experience but posting defamatory information like this isn't going to fix any problem. Did you communicate any problems to your area account executive? Go to www.rtui.com, click the link that reads "contact us" and get intouch. What you've posted is a bunch of jargon; without a doubt, I know RTUI stands behind the product. The company sells advertising space nationwide in various markets... It's awesome! From my experience, RTUI runs a solid operation and if it didn't then I wouldn't work for the company.
